These terms are short and plain. By creating an account or using restrung you agree to them.
Who we are
restrung is run by Grasshopper Labs, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at restrung@grasshopperlabs.co.uk.
Who can use restrung
You must be at least 13 years old to use restrung.
Your account
Keep access to your email account and your Apple or Google account secure, since that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
The app is provided as it is
restrung is a free tool provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes.
String-life guidance only
String-life estimates and warnings are guidance based on the hours you log. They are not a guarantee of the condition or safety of your strings or racket. Use your own judgement, and your stringer's, about when to restring.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- abuse the service or use it for anything unlawful;
- reverse engineer the app in order to attack it;
- interfere with or disrupt the service;
- access or try to access other people's data.
Your content
What you put into restrung stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so that we can run the service for you. See the privacy policy for details.
Changes to the service and to these terms
We may change or stop the service, and we may update these terms. We will give notice in the app or on this page, and the date at the top will change.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time, as described on the delete your account page. We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service.
Our liability
We are responsible to you only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
