Delete your restrung account

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, rackets, string jobs and play sessions, and it cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the More tab.
2. Tap "Delete account".
3. Confirm by tapping "Delete".

The account and its app data are deleted immediately. On iPhone, if you signed in with Apple, you are asked to confirm with Apple once more so we can revoke the app's access to your Apple account.

If you cannot use the app

Email restrung@grasshopperlabs.co.uk with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on the account, or tell us which sign-in you used (email code, Apple or Google) so we can find it. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your email address.
• Your profile: name, role and preferences.
• Your rackets, string jobs and play sessions.
• Analytics data linked to your account. Our analytics provider removes it in the background, which can take up to a week.

What may persist briefly

• Copies in backups, until they are overwritten.
• Delivery logs held by our email provider for the sign-in code emails, for a limited period.
